NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Joyce Tarver, 86, of Vidalia, who died Saturday, March 30, 2013, in Vidalia, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Glen Harrigill and the Rev. Johnny Hardy officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Mrs. Tarver was born Feb. 2, 1927, in Brookhaven, the daughter of Ernest and Vera May. She was a homemaker and a bookkeeper .

Mrs. Tarver was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Chester Tarver; her parents; one son, Michael Ernest Tarver; one brother, Ernest May; one sister, Marjoie Williams; and one grandson, Joshua Ryan Tarver.

Survivors include three sons, Davis L. Tarver and wife, Betty, Louis Randall Tarver and Bryan Cam Miller, all of Vidalia; 16 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jason Tarver, Jeremy Tarver, Adam Tarver, Kaleb Tarver, Eric Morgan and Justin Tarver.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Tarver, Jason Morgan, Joey Tarver and Eddie Tarver.
