NATCHEZ — Services for Alma O’Neal Ross, 68, of Natchez, who died Sunday, March 17, 2013, at her residence, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Christian Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. John Scott officiating.
Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Ross was born Dec. 10, 1944, in Natchez, the daughter of James Rucker and Marion Fleming.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Dennis Ray Fleming Sr.
Survivors include a loving, caring and devoted husband, Robert “Bob” Ross; three loving children, Dildra Fletcher and husband, Melvin, of Mason, Ohio, Quinton Rucker and wife, Paula, of Beaumont, Texas and Warren Rucker and wife, JoAnn, of Dallas; four sisters, Shevon Letcher, Shelia Letcher, Tammy Williams and husband, Ernest, and Deonna Fleming, all of Natchez; three brothers, Barney Fleming and wife, Patricia, Llewellyn Letcher and Clarence Letcher, all of Natchez; 11 grandchildren; one godchild, Chase Bingham; special friends, Janie King , Vera, Ike and Doug Woods; special caretakers, Jesse White and Lydicia Allen; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
