NATCHEZ — Services for Bobby Lee Howington, 72, of Lake St. John, who died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, in Ferriday, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday with the Rev. Gary Howington officiating.
Burial will follow at South Central Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Howington was born Jan. 22, 1941, in Gilbert, La., the son of Fred and Linnie Howington. He was a retired oil-field mechanic.
Mr. Howington was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his 92 year old mother; his wife of 42 years, Juanita Howington; four daughters, Rhonda Firmin and husband, Ricky, Felicia Young and husband, Dennis, Tracy Hartman and husband, Paul, and Kiesha Osborn and husband, Brandon; one son, Lloyd Howington and wife, Mandy; eight grandchildren, Rebecca Lopez, Casey Kuyper, Tyler Voisine, Adam Marcantel, Kelsie Yates, Peyton Howington, Abbi Yates and Shelby Young; three great-grandchildren, Azlynn Kuyper, Alora Kuyper and Cherish Lopez; and two sisters, Audrey Vonice Jester and husband, Roy, and Pam Howington, all of Ferriday.
Pallbearers will be Leon McIntyre, Russell Barefield, Johnny Duchesne, Elton Stephens, Lloyd Howington, Brandon Osborn, Paul Hartman and Dennis Young.
