BUDE — Services for Jerri Katherine Clanton, 19, of Meadville, who died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital in Hazlehurst, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bude First Baptist Church with the Rev. Brad Moak officiating.

Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday, both at the church.

Miss Clanton was born May 21, 1993, in Sulphur Springs, Texas, the daughter of David and Janie Vance Clanton.

She was a member of Franklin County 4H, Franklin County Future Farmers of America (FFA), Youth Soccer Association, Holmes Community College Soccer Alumni and a member of Bude First Baptist Church.

Jerri was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Lamar and Martha Clanton and maternal grandfather, Jerry Vance.

Survivors include her parents; maternal grandparents, Marvin and Maurine Courte; four siblings, Sarah Clanton, Lamar Clanton, Marie Clanton and Ryan Clanton; aunts and uncles, Joe Vance, Jason and Michelle Vance, Bart and Angela Houston, Danny and Kim Smith and Norma Leonard; best friend, Kristen Hughes; and a number of cousins, friends and church family.
