NATCHEZ — Services for Earl Dollar Jr., 69, of Clayton, who died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, in Watson, La., will be at noon today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Courtney officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mr. Dollar was born June 25, 1943, in Alexandria, La., the son of Earl Dollar Sr. and Maggie Brooks Dollar.

Mr. Dollar was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Sandra Ann Dollar; and one brother, F.O. “Bo” Dollar.

Survivors include three children, Donna Dollar Longino of Pasadena, Texas, Tracy Dollar Slaton of Watson, La. and Christopher Lee Dollar Sr. of Clayton; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; one brother, David Dollar of Natchez; two sisters, Earlene Dollar Taylor and Udolie Dollar Williams, both of Denham Springs, La.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tim Dollar, Lawrence Dollar, Jeffrey Roberts, Clark Crotwell, Joey Taylor and Ronald Taylor.

Honorary pallbearers will be David Dollar, Charles Taylor and Elton Williams.

Memorials may be made to the Baptist Children’s Home.
