Ben Hillyer / The Natchez Democrat — It wasn’t a horse race, but Saleyah Veal and Symari Adams loved it when their horse passed by another horse-drawn carriage filled with their classmates from the Natchez Children’s Home ABC's Preschool Learning Program. The preschoolers were treated to a trip to the carriage ride around town and a visit to the gazebo on the Mississippi River bluffs Thursday afternoon.
