On behalf of the Co-Lin faculty and staff, Happy New Year! It is difficult to believe the spring semester is upon us, but it is, and we hope you to see you on campus.
Classes begin today with late registration ongoing through Jan. 11. The college offers day, evening and online classes to suit your lifestyle. Co-Lin also has financial aid available and payment plans for qualifying applicants.
We offer educational opportunities for a wide variety of students, and at Co-Lin, there really is something for everyone. Students can prepare for transfer to a four-year institution or receive career training through our career-technical division.
Co-Lin offers programs designed to prepare students, in two years or less, for careers in various professions, such as accounting technology, air conditioning and heating technology, automation and control technology, business and marketing management technology, hotel and restaurant management technology, office systems technology, practical nursing, respiratory care technology and welding.
Students may design a schedule that works for them, full time or part time and they may incorporate any combination of our day, evening or online offerings.
We offer a comprehensive range of courses in our Tom Reed Academic Center. We have articulation agreements in place with Mississippi four-year colleges and universities that ensures that core courses taken at Co-Lin will be accepted for credit upon transfer.
You can complete your prerequisites for such professions as education, law, nursing, accounting, medicine, law enforcement, journalism, business, engineering and many others, right here at home.
Co-Lin also has made arrangements with local high schools to allow students who qualify to take dual enrollment classes for both high school and college credits.
Advantages of attending Co-Lin are numerous, including affordable tuition, campus activities and community spirit.
And, our smaller classes allow our students greater access to our top-level instructors.
We have a great mix of traditional high school to college students, as well as nontraditional students.
One great thing about Co-Lin is that it is the place to be, and we can help you get where you want to be!
