GLOSTER — Services for Jimmy L. Perkins, 56, of Gloster, who died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Homochitto Baptist Association Complex in Gloster.
Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the complex.
Mr. Perkins was born Jan. 9, 1956, in Natchez, the son of Moyese Perkins and Helen M. Dillon Perkins.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include one son, Chavis Bradford of Crystal Springs; his father of Liberty; a devoted companion, Carolyn Daniels of Gloster; one grandson, Calvin Robinson of Gloster; three sisters, Evangelist Ethel Lee Hughes of Liberty, Eva Robinson of Gloster and Delephine Perkins of Liberty; four brothers, Elder Robert Perkins and wife, Edween, of Meadville, Elder Lampton Robinson, Larry Perkins, both of Liberty, and Edell Perkins of Gloster; two aunts, Crissie Lee Anderson and Yvonne Robinson; one great-granddaughter; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
