The Natchez-Adams County Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to the 2012 Gala Celebration. Mark your calendars for 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, at the Natchez Convention Center.
We are excited about this year’s event as we celebrate our 104th year as a chamber and commemorate our standing as the oldest chamber in Mississippi.
Our gala will have a fun and festive atmosphere as we toast to business and recognize the year’s voluntary efforts of business and professional men and women who have joined together for the purpose of promoting the civic, commercial tourism and trade, and industrial progress of our community.
The highlight of the evening will be our special guest, Robert St. John, well-known restaurateur, chef, food columnist and author. He will create “a batch of fun” as he talks about “eating his way to happiness.” Local chefs will add to the festive evening by preparing some of St. John’s favorite dishes. Great music by The Donna Schaffer Trio and the popular silent auction will round out an event that you don’t want to miss!
Also, on this night, awards will be given to both a man and a woman who have given unselfishly of their time and effort for the betterment of Natchez and Adams County (Natchezian Award), as well as a small and large business award given to successful companies in our community.
Our levels of sponsorship have remained the same, and they include:
