CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Natchez Belk sales team manager Angie McCranie was recently named one of six winners of the 2012 Belk Award of Excellence.

McCranie has worked at Belk in the Natchez Mall for 14 years.

She received $500 and was presented with the Award of Excellence trophy at a luncheon on Sept. 11, in Charlotte. In addition $500 was donated to the charity of her choice.

Tim Belk said. “This award was established 33 years ago to recognize outstanding community service which remains a cornerstone of our company’s values.
