Highland Baptist expo set for Thursday

vidalia — The Highland Wildlife Expo will greet outdoors enthusiasts all across the Miss-Lou for the sixth consecutive year Thursday night at the Vidalia Conference and Convention Center.
Doors open at 6 p.m., and this year’s event features more than 30 booths showcasing a variety of outdoors and hunting products.
Special guest this year will be Hank Hough of Kingdom Dog Ministries. Hough will show off his trained hunting dogs. Mike Mayfield from Realtree will also be at the Expo.
New to this year’s event will be specialized hunting seminars beginning at 6 p.m. The seminars will focus on how to make the most out of small food plots and the most effective uses of scent cover.
Dinner will be served and there will be activities for children. There will also be a variety of door prizes including a Polaris ATV, a guided hunting trip and a Beretta shotgun.
