Franklin and Leanne Fisher of McMinnville, Tenn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Kathryn Fisher to Thomas Bowlin “Bo” Myers, son of Johnny and Susan Myers of Ferriday.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Warren County High School in McMinnville and is attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Tenn.

She is the granddaughter of Helen Ballou and the late Thomas Ballou of Tullahoma, Tenn., and Ann Fisher and the late Dr. Franklin Fisher of McMinnville.

The groom-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Cathedral High School in Natchez and a 2010 graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He is employed by Mountain T.O.P. in Altamont, Tenn.

He is the grandson of James W. Myers and the late Colmetta Myers of Vidalia and Clarence Bowlin and the late Pete Bowlin of Natchez.

The wedding will be at 7 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Morton Memorial United Methodist Church in Monteagle, Tenn.

Family and friends are invited.
