Five men charged in string of burglaries

NATCHEZ — Five Adams County men have been arrested on charges they were involved in a number of Galmore Road burglaries in April and May.

Curtis Bland, 50, 400 Gayosa St., and Antonio Tremaine Robinson, 24, 22 Orange Ave., were charged with grand larceny.

Bengamea Jerome Robinson, 48, 300 W. Vidal St., was charged with burglary of an inhabited dwelling.

Sebastian Cole, 21, 105 W. First St., and Jomari Khallid Isaac, 18, 43 Morgantown Road, were arrested on two counts grand larceny of a motor vehicle.

According to a news release from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, the items taken during the burglaries include seven long guns, jewelry, vehicle engines, transmissions and at least two non-operational vehicles.

The statement said additional arrests and charges are pending.
