Mr. and Mrs. Edward Blanchard “Duke” Edwards announce the engagement of their daughter, Caroline Lees Edwards to Christopher Murphy Hinson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Hinson and Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Wilson, all of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Cathedral High School in Natchez and a graduate of Mississippi State University in Starkville.

She is employed by Kalalou, Inc. in Jackson.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. Gayle E. Edwards of Natchez and the late Ellen Blanchard Edwards and the late Mr. and Mrs. Delane Thornhill.

The groom-to-be is also a graduate of Cathedral High School and Mississippi State University. He is attending William Carey University-College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg.

He is the grandson of Mr. Claude “Buck” Pintard of Natchez and the late Patricia Fore Pintard and Mr. and Mrs. James Allen Hinson Sr. of Vidalia.

The wedding will be at 7 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2012, at St. Mary Basilica in Natchez.

A reception will follow at Stanton Hall.
