FERRIDAY — Former Natchez Community Hospital CEO Donald R. “Donny” Rentfro will be offered the position of administrator for Riverland Medical Center by the board of commissioners.

The new hire will replace Lana Stamper, who turned in her resignation effective June 8.

The contract was finalized at a specially called board meeting today, but has yet to be sent to Rentfro, said board vice chairman Fred Butcher.

Ideally, Butcher said he would like to have Rentfro in the position in the next 14 days.
