Jason D. Ray, 25, charged with grand larceny. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $3,500.
Marion Keyun Byrd, 24, charged with statutory rape. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held.

Wednesday, March 21:
Cody L. Vestal, 32, charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Case remanded to files on motion of officer and agreed by judge. $100 suspended.
