Copiah-Lincoln Community College Natchez is happy to sponsor our second annual career fair, Wednesday.
The activities will be from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the Redd/Watkins Vocational Technical Center.
The whole community is invited to attend and meet with the representatives on hand. There is no charge to attend or participate.
We hope this fair will assist our current students and upcoming graduates’ network with our area employers as they become knowledgeable of current and future career opportunities in our community.
Agencies, businesses and institutions attending the career fair will be displaying information about the nature of their organization, current job openings, intern possibilities and future career opportunities.
“This is an excellent opportunity for area students to meet and talk with prospective employers, as well as representatives from four-year colleges and universities, for those students who plan to transfer after graduating from Co-Lin,” said Co-Lin Natchez Vice President Teresa Busby. “We are appreciative that so many colleges and business and industry leaders support our efforts to assist our students in planning their futures.”
Some of the confirmed attendees include: Alcorn State University, CCA-Adams County Correctional Center, Concordia Bank & Trust, Louisiana State University – Alexandria, Jackson State University, JPPA – Job Corps, Kings Daughters Medical Center, Mississippi Dept. of Education, Mississippi State University, Natchez Regional Medical Center, National Park Service, Nissan of North America, University of Louisiana – Monroe, and University of Southern Mississippi.
Co-Lin is pleased to offer this community service.
We hope to see you at the fair.
