Anderson charged with grand larceny. Case entered into nolle prosse. Charles Bennett charged with grand larceny. Case entered into nolle prosse. Jecori Brown charged with grand larceny. Case entered into nolle prosse. Preston Carr charged with possession of a firearm. Case bound over to a grand jury. Clarence Brown charged with malicious mischief. Case bound over to a grand jury. Cedrell D. Jones charged with two counts of grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Friday, March 2:
Jimmie Daniel Pennington, 61, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Satisfied by time served. Ricardo Paige, 18, charged with disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. All charges remanded to files upon receipt. Robert Lee Terrell Jr., 33, charged with careless driving. Case remanded to file subject to other charge. Terrell Jr. also charged with running a red light. Case remanded to file subject to other charge. Terrell Jr. also pleaded guilty to DUI 1st offense test refusal. Sentenced to 48 hours suspended. Fine set at $805. Kerry Lamonic Weir, 38, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days with four days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Six days served in jail. Fine set at $294 minus $100 credit. Must pay a fine of $194.
Monday, March 5:
Robert L. Bates, 61, charged with two counts of disturbing the peace. Case remanded to file – victim unable to be served. Pershuna Regina Turnbull, 29, charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Case remanded to file. Darren C. Tolliver Jr., 24, charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Case remanded to file. Nicholas Edward Letcher, 33, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $564. Edward also pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $394. Must pay restitution of $395.93 to Belk. Christopher Shows pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 24 hours in jail. Fine set at $594.
Wednesday, March 7:
Jimmy McLaurin, 39, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $394. Wilnesha Fleming, 19, pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from apartment. Fine set at $294. Kendrell Williams pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 24 hours in jail. Fine set at $594.
