Malcolm Wayne Joseph, 59, 713 Morgan Ave., on charges of resisting arrest, DUI (first offense), failure to stop and multiple beam road light violation. Bond set at $4,000.
Edwin Russell Miester, 41, 723 Levins Addition, on charges of disturbing the peace. No bond set.

Lavada C. Madison, 22, 708 Demby St., Vidalia, sentenced two years Department of Corrections (suspended) and $931 for two counts simple criminal damage to property.
Raylon Q. Hawkins, 25, 165 Harbor Road, Ferriday, sentenced three years DOC (suspended) and $1,431 for aggravated assault with a firearm.
Artice R. McKay, 22, 114 Lynwood Drive, Ferriday, sentenced three years DOC (suspended) and $1,431 for aggravated assault with a firearm and simple criminal damage to property.
Don Edward Owens, 22, 72 Brennan Ave., Natchez, sentenced seven years DOC (four years suspended, must serve three years) for aggravated second-degree battery.
