Today I saw another Farm Bureau sign saying Vote for Amendment No. 31 — HELP stop eminent domain abuse.

What abuse? They can’t produce a single victim! Our present laws work — leave them alone.

Amendment No. 31 will greatly hamper — if not kill — our state’s ability to assemble mega sites such as Toyota’s.

Amendment No. 31 is a mega job killer.

In Mississippi we protect property rights now. Our record speaks for itself.

Vote no on Amendment No. 31.
