Adrian Thomas charged with DUI 3rd offense. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Otis R. Anderson charged with DUI 3rd offense, simple assault on a police officer and fleeing law enforcement. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Cassandra Trahern charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case remanded to file.
Lewis Smith guilty of disturbing the peace. Sentenced to three months jail time suspended and six months probation. No fine set.
Michael Wilson guilty of simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to three days jail time suspended and six months probation. No fine set.
Thomas Rawlings Jr. charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Case remanded to file.

Thursday, Aug. 4:
Travis Weems pleaded guilty to burglary of an automobile (Count I). Sentenced to the Regimented Inmate Program with the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with the Court retaining jurisdiction for one year. Court withholds the felony conviction until completion of the RID Program. Must pay all court costs and a prosecution fee of $200.00. Pursuant to the plea agreement, the remaining counts (II, III and IV) are dismissed.
