Payne looking for possible missing relative in Natchez

My name is Adrian Payne, and I live in, Ireland. I believe I may be related to a George T. Payne, former ward 2 alderman, who left Ireland around 1850s or so. I believe he may be buried on Catholic Hill.
He was born in 1832, in Ireland, and he worked as a merchant cotton buyer, his home/business, was on the corner of Franklin and Pine Street, est 1859.
I am looking for any information, that you may be able to give me, on George T. Payne, to confirm, my kinship with him. I believe he had two sisters who lived with him
For a while Lettidia (b.1837) and Maria (b.1851), also he may have had a nephew Richard Thompson, working for him, in his business’s for a time.
Also in the 1880 USA, census, it states that a niece Emma Payne (b.1868), and another niece Jane Payne (b.1879), were living with him, at the time.
I would be grateful for any information you could give me, or any contact address of somebody who might be able to give me information on George T. Payne, and with a little bit of luck, I may be able to either confirm my kinship to him, or even make contact with family that he may have still living in Natchez.
