WESSON — Josh Jackson of Bude is the recipient of the Luther Garrett Memorial Scholarship. The friends of Luther Garrett, a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln and a former Director of Vocational-Technical Education at Co-Lin from 1962-1968 established this scholarship. On hand for the presentation were Francis Mullins, Co-Lin President Ronnie Nettles and Co-Lin Foundation Board Member Bradley Smith. Scholarship donors and recipients were honored at the Co-Lin Foundation 10th annual scholarship reception held at The Thames Center on the Wesson Campus. The Co-Lin Foundation provides over $120,000 in scholarships to over 150 Co-Lin students.
