NATCHEZ — An employee of Stahlman Management reported to Natchez Police at 7:49 a.m. Tuesday morning that someone has been “defecating on the lawn in front of the building,” according to a police report.

The report said the incident has happened several times in the past outside of the building near the Natchez Bluff on 101 Clifton Ave., and the complainant, Linda Johnson, wanted a report on file.
