The Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church Missionary Ministry will host its 19th annual crucifixion program at 10 a.m. today.
Each year the program has renewed the faith of those involved and present and empowered them to look beyond the circumstances and lift up the king of heaven.
The missionary ministry is proud of its accomplishments and accolades during the past years.
This year’s program has been planned to be the best ever.
The guest speaker will be Pastor Mark Ellis from the United Christian Ministries in Baton Rouge.
Pastor Ellis is known for his powerful faith in God.
If you haven’t heard Pastor Ellis, we encourage you to meet us at the church this morning to witness this most holy time of year.
Our prayers are with you during this week and always.
May the liturgies of Holy Week and Easter renew you and empower you and your faith in the Lord.
The Rev. Wilsonni Johnson will be the program guide. Pastor J.W. Pickett and first lady Mrs. Minerva Pickett, along with the Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church family, invites the general public to join them today.
Refreshments will be served.
Lynda Joe Williams is a Natchez resident and member of Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church.
