BROOKHAVEN — Deaconess Hospice announced Brett DeLaughter, RN as hospice clinical coordinator for the Natchez/Brookhaven area. DeLaughter began employment with Deaconess Hospice in October of 2007 as a field nurse. She transferred to the home care division, Brookhaven, in July of 2009 as a field nurse and then moved into the documentation nurse role in May of 2010.

DeLaughter received her ADN from Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Wesson, MS. She is a 25 year resident of Brookhaven, MS. DeLaughter is the wife of Derek DeLaughter and mother of two children, Preston, 2, and Merideth (due May 8). She attends Easthaven Baptist Church.

Deaconess Hospice is a member of Louisiana-Mississippi Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
