NATCHEZ — Traffic was at a brief standstill after a three-vehicle accident on D’Evereux Drive Friday morning.

Natchez Police Lt. Justin Robinson said Geraldine Evans was traveling eastbound in a 2005 silver Toyota Avalon at approximately 7:40 a.m. when it partially rear-ended a 2005 white Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by Ernest Hall.

The Toyota Avalon then ricocheted off the pickup truck and finally rear-ended a school bus driven by Felicia B. Shannon. Robinson said no children were inside the school bus at the time of the collision.
