Law enforcement to hit streets tonight

NATCHEZ — Local officials and law enforcement will be making its rounds in a friendly fashion for National Night Out tonight.
The Natchez Police Department, Vidalia Police Department, Ferriday Police Department, and Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office will be caravanning together with the first stop in Ferriday around 4 p.m. and stay at each location for approximately 15 minutes, NPD Capt. Daniel White said.
The order will be Ferriday, Vidalia, Glenwood, Lower Woodville Road, Creek Street, Village Green Apartments, Creek Bend Road, Oak Ridge Manor Apartments, B Street, Minor Street, Woodlawn Street, West Stiers Lane and the group will end up behind Central Alternative School, White said.
The Adams County Sheriff’s office crew will leave the sheriff’s office at 4:45 p.m.
From there they will go to Traceway Drive near the airport at 5 p.m., Providence Road at 5:35 p.m., 426 Lower Woodville Drive at 6:10, Sterling Road in Elgin at 6:45 p.m., Hutchins Landing Road at 7:20 p.m., Kingston Volunteer Fire Department at 7:55 p.m., and the last stop will be at the Liberty Road Volunteer Fire Department at 8:30 p.m.
