NATCHEZ — A cluster of police patrol cars parked along Sixth Street Wednesday afternoon was tied to the investigation of last week’s robbery of Britton & Koontz Bank on U.S. 61 North.
Police Chief Mike Mullins would not divulge additional details Wednesday evening, however, Mullins said he will release more information today.
Friday, police arrested Travis Parker, 51, 1C Sixth St., in connection to the bank robbery, which was the first in Natchez since 1991.
Parker is being held at the Natchez City Jail without bond.
Mullins said at that time more arrests were possible.
