FERRIDAY — Tiffany Monique Lloyd, a native of Ferriday, has won Miss Black Louisiana USA 2008.

She will be competing for Miss Black USA 2008 which is tentatively scheduled in The Gambia, West Africa in June 2008.

She is an honor graduate of Ferriday High School which she was chosen as Miss Ferriday High School.

Lloyd is a 2003 graduate of Alcorn State University, where she served as Miss Alcorn State University 2002-2003.

Lloyd received her masters in public administration from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, where she also is completing her doctoral degree in public policy.

Lloyd has also been named Who’s Who Among American College Students.

She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
