Silas Simmons joins U.S. CPA firms association

NATCHEZ — Silas Simmons, LLP is proud to announce their membership in Firm Foundation, a new association for CPA firms now available to firms in the United States. Membership will provide select CPA firms with access to a wide variety of tools and services that will allow them to better serve their clients.
“We joined Firm Foundation for the benefits of the association with other outstanding CPA firms across the country,” said Chuck Caldwell, partner with Silas Simmons, LLP. “Through those associations we hope to find the best practices being employed by firms today and network with other firms for the mutual benefit of our clients.”

Silas Simmons, LLP, one of the oldest CPA firms in Mississippi, celebrates its 75th year this year.
“We appreciate all of our clients, and many of them have been with us for our entire 75 years,” he said. “We are committed to doing whatever we can to support their growth and prosperity over the next 75 years.”
Founded as a two-person office in 1932, Silas Simmons, LLP now has four partners and 32 employees.
The firm provides audits, compilation and reviews, accounting and payroll services, tax planning and compliance, business valuation, and advisory services to businesses and individuals. Silas Simmons, LLP services clients in a number of industries including financial institutions, auto dealerships, agriculture and timber, oil and gas, governmental entities, physicians and dentists, hospitality and construction.
