NATCHEZ – Three Miss-Lou residents were killed Sunday night when their plane crashed in Waco, Texas.
Barr Brown, Jerry Roberts and pilot Justin Cardneaux took off from the Natchez-Adams County Airport shortly before 5 p.m., Airport Manager Clint Pomeroy said.
Pomeroy hasn’t received any official confirmation from the FAA about the crash, but he said he’s confident the flight in question contained Brown, Roberts and Cardneaux.
Though there hasn’t been official word from the FAA, the families have all been notified locally.
Pomeroy said the Cessna 310’s take off from Natchez was normal, but he has heard reports of fog in the Waco area.
The flight was scheduled to land at the Waco Regional Airport where it crashed shortly after 7 p.m.
