Joanna Katherine Biglane is reigning as queen for the Natchez Garden Club in the 2003 Historic Natchez Pageant. Biglane is wearing a hand-beaded gown, with earrings loaned from family friend Penny Daggett and a sunburst pin as a pendant loaned from Jeannie Edwards, mother of King Stephen Thomas Edwards. The dress is of a heavy, matte satin with Italian lace-embroidered overlay Her crown and scepter are gifts from her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Noland Biglane.
