Too bad their builder was too incompetent to know how to read a design in order to place the building where it belonged. Brilliant.
The building is probably unsound and should be condemned. Not to worry, Phillip will tear it down for the sake of public safety.

Why didnt the builder stop construction when they were off?? Is the builder too incompetent to know they were 8 feet off???? Thats a pretty big distance to be off. If the builder can't see that, who knows what other screw ups are happening. Heck, is the building even structurally sound??????
They did it because they thought they could get away with it. Well good government proved them wrong. There is no "getting away with it" when you violate an agreement.

How about abiding by the rules... Such a hard concept to follow?
Money, that is to say tax revenue, should never be the driver in making a decision. How about someone in City Hall decides that they can better use YOUR property to make more tax revenue, and so they toss you out of your house???
If the building is not being done according to approves plans then there needs to be a hearing and remediation. That is good government.

I have crowed for years about "reverse" racism. The concept implies that only whites can be racist and that it is an anomily when an individual of another race acts in a a racist manner against a white.
ALL people are capable of racism. Period.
