well,
Now that store security and corporate affairs have heard about it, they will review tapes of every register from the last 3 months and they will hunt all the people that are doing it. They did it at the Jackson store a few years ago and busted a truckload of people.

Oh, lets not forget the biggest land grab in the state of Mississippi history to date,
The Ross Barnett Reservoir...
done under the pretense of water needs for the City of Jackson and other municipalities. Only in the last few years have they even built the facilities to get water from the rez to the City of Jackson. This was nothing more than a land grab by the state for waterfront profiteering. If you by a home within the rez area, you get a 99 year lease on the land that your home sits upon...you do not own it. That way, down the road...maybe 50 years in the future if a better deal comes along for the State for land usage along the waterfront,Lets say a casino on the waterways.... they can take your home and you will have to move.
Eminet domain needs to be re-written right away. It is being abused over and over by "elected officials"...I use that term lightly....to line the pockets of there close friends, family and campaign contributers.....

eminent domain is supposed to be set up for the good of the masses over the basic right of the individual..such as making sure a good straight highway is not held hostage by 1 person......but time and time again we see it being used in such a manner that it makes us sick...lets look at a couple of examples..
The new pipeline going through central Mississippi right now. These people do not show up and ask how much they are willing to pay, they show up and tell you to move because they are coming through..and yes it is happening...they have not been willing to move the line 10 feet to save a house...they just plow through under a thinly veiled federal statute that allows pipelines carrying gas and oil to do whatever it takes to complete...sickening..it is a federal version of imminent domain.
Next, we will take the buffer zone around Nissan....this is not needed, it is a BUFFER from nearby traffic. The Archie family was told they had to move even though they did not feel they were being offered ample amount for the 40 acres that had been in their family since "40 acres and a mule"The company securing the land for Mississippi and Nissan told them it would be taken by imminent domain regardless if they wanted to move or not....Lets remember that this was done under Democrat Musgroves watch.....for the people my a@@
And now, a new road to Emerald Mound....a great american icon....Well, in my opinion, all that money could be used a lot better if it was used to straighten out Kingston Road or to put a safer stretch of road around Second Creek area on Liberty Road...But No, we are going to watch as government money is being spent in another thinly vieled attempt in Adams County to promote TOURISM. TOURISM, the saviuor of natchez...NOT...but these people are slick in trying to continue to use any means necessary to promote this hogwash as the main business for Natchez and Adams County. This is another example of government waste..
This road only needs a small amount of work. It does not need a superhighway. The site does not attract many people any more and is fading as an Icon of History....
Imminent domain has been so abused that many large land owners have signed the deeds of their land over to conservation conservatories so it will never be able to be taken away and used for commercial profiteering...sad that our country has come to this...

This is ridiculous.
The thug will be back in prison within 2 years...If you know this piece of crap, just make sure you are not his next victim. He will repeat the crime, and he will serve time again, just wait and see...He is now a career criminal and will continue to do stupid crap that will get him arrested and he will be back in the pen...

This article fails to point out one major flaw in the Mississippi Constitution.According to our state laws, we can not earmark funs that are for the state through tax collection. It has to go into the general fund and then it is divided by the legislature. They can make the argument that the funds will be used for schools, but once the money is in the general fund, it is up for grabs......
On Cigarette tax revenue may go toward schools
