Know what you mean rushinghjr. Not that you agree with what I'm gonna say. In my opinon I really don't think owampy has changed anything but the rasial tensions between everyone! How long does it take to get some fresh diinking water? Probably hours if Concordia Water Works would help Ferriday for a while.

Gladimoutcp you're right. This didn't start with Gene Allen. It started with Sammy Davis' administration. That's when the water plant at Ridgecrest came to be.
But for the last four years no repairs or matainance has been made to the plant. As for the grant money. It was all used on chemicals that the engineers said would fix the problem. And anyone who has been fishing in Old River knows it wouldn't. It really don't take a whole lot of knowledge to figure that one out.
And next. Glen went to Concordia Water Works to try to patch into their water. But has been met with the unanswered question, "may we"? Concordia Water Works can help the town out for the time being with a simple patch but won't.
Protest Concordia Water Works Conner. But that wouldn't benefit you, Would it?

My older brother who is 65 told me they called it "Thrill Hill". Every teen wants to jump it because they are ignorant to the outcome of such a dangerous "Thrill". Take the hump out. In the mean time, make a slolum course out ot it. Have to slow down then.
