Mrs. Mary Mosby was a great influence in my life. She would walk around the room to every child to make sure he or she knew what she was teaching and had her way of making sure you got it before the class was over. There are others Fannie Wade, Jerome Dickey, Clementine Billups, Mr. Hiawatha Northington, Henry "Doc" Woods, Ms. Pettis, Mrs. Estelle Byrnes just to named a few.

Sharing in your Sorrow! We have lost a true and beloved dentist who cared for his patients. He was truly a god sent dentist. But in these times, May the words of sympathy help to comfort you today..And may loving memories bring you comfort, warmth and peace.

Learning begins in the earlier stages of a child' life. School is a learning environment, so that a child can read, write, and do math skills (add, subtract, and multiply). Church is reinforcement as to how we are to conduct our lives on a daily basis. So teaching parenting skills would help teenagers realize consequences before and after the choices they make or have made. School is NOW one of the best learning environments for children of today, because most parents are only concerned about themselves and children are raising themselves.

To the Ray Family, my heart has saddened with yours when I heard the news of his homegoing. I've known him since he entered school at Frazier Primary. Claude was one of the most caring, loving, and humorous person you ever wanted to know. He loved people and always had you laughing and smiling. When you entered Natchez Market and Claude saw you, he greeted you with a big smile and a conversation throughout the store while you shopped. He always asked me about my son, and had good humorous things for him. Claude rest in peace! We love you, but God loved you the best. Ray family be strong and know that only God's love can heal your pain.

Of course, we are living in tough times. I can recall someone ringing my doorbell at 12:00 p.m. and asking for the husband. When I responded and said he's asleep, the individual then asked for money. So to make a long story short, when you know a person you do feel confident in opening your door and secondly, when you are aware that an individual have a drug or mental problem, you should be a little weary in opening your door. When people think you have money in your possession then you have major problem with the door bell ringing all hours of the night. I have come to the conclusion never, never, never; I don't care how well you know a person.

We as a people need to learn the right way of doing things. How long have this street been there with the train track? Teenagers need to learn the correct way of doing things and be responsible for their actions. There is a way to have fun and there is a way to death. Let's be realistic and teach the children of today the right way and quit trying to make life easy for them.

You are right. children are entitled to wear any heavy jacket except Starter, MM's, etc. Lightweight jackets should be Navy Blue, White, or Khaki. With this type of weather Children need to wear their heavy coats, gloves, hats. The heavy jackets should be removed once entrance has been made in the building.

Why spend that kind of money on hump that has been there for decades because teenagers don't respect the rules for proper driving within speed limits. Too many roads needs repairing that's sinking with potholes. Street are in need of resurfacing, etc. What's gonna be gonna be. Are you going to take the curve off of the South Wall area becuase we failed to slow down and stay on the street, rather than veneering into the bayou?
On Do you think reducing the height of the Canal Street hump will decrease the number of accidents at the site?
