Senior Airman Bobby Williams, a readiness and emergency management technician, explains the necessity of cleaning chemical warfare outerboots with a solution of water and bleach at Scott Air Force Bank in Illinois. Williams was born in Natchez, graduated from Natchez High and joined the Air Force after high school. He is making it a long term career. Williams is the son of JoAnn (Gaylor) Smith and Michael L. Williams. He was raised by his stepfather Willie Carl Smith.
