Franklin County captured second place honors in the Senior Arc Welding competition of the annual Southwest Mississippi FFA Federation competition hosted by Copiah-Lincoln Community College’s Career and Technical Division. Junior State Reporter Jessa Shivers of Lawrence County presents the award to Johnathon Lovett, Josh Evans and Ethan Graves.
