Parish library hosting book signing

Ferriday — Concordia Parish Library in Ferriday will host a book signing with author, Jake Webber, for his newly released teen and young adult book, “Lafitte’s Black Box.”
The book signing is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon at the library. Webber will speak about the book at 10:30.
Webber is a native of Ferriday and is a nurse practioner in Baton Rouge.
He atteded Huntington School in Ferriday.
Books will be available for purchase at the event.
