Madden working as intern at The Natchez Democrat

NATCHEZ — Cain Madden has joined the staff at The Natchez Democrat as a summer intern.

Madden, originally from Woodville but now living in Natchez, will be working as a reporter through July.

Madden was a spring 2009 high honors graduated from Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez with an associates degree in general studies.

While at Co-Lin Natchez, Madden served as a staff reporter at N-Sights, the Co-Lin Natchez newspaper, for one semester before becoming the news manager for two years.

Madden will attend the Mississippi University for Women in Columbus in the fall and study communications and creative writing.
